hi if we hav a mini at one promotion as yellow and another at a diffrent promotion as red and book in at a totally diffrent promotion than the two cars are registerd at . i booked in as yellow with car that is a yellow at the promotion its registerd thats ok to do so is it,,,,,,,,,

Yes you can, but sometimes the promotion where you intend to race at may make you race from the highest grade you hold. Pretty sure that they done that at Wimbledon in December.
